International customers must pay customs and duties upon their orders reaching the border of their country. 

Following the UK’s exit from the EU, it is standard for international customers to incur customs duties. Details are provided on each product's page under "Shipping information." The duty amount is determined at your country’s border, hence we cannot pre-charge it.

For orders dispatched to the US, tariffs are applicable. A team member will confirm the tariff for each product via email, and you must acknowledge your responsibility for these charges before we can dispatch your order. We cannot send orders without written confirmation of the tariff charges.
