Depending on product availability and time restraints this may not always be possible though we will always try to help. Please contact the team as soon as possible at [email protected] to check if this is possible. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the order. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Please note, that our warehouse and office are not open after 5pm on Fridays and are closed over the weekend and bank holidays. We do not dispatch orders over the weekend, if you wish to contact us during this time to amend your order, please email the team and will get back to you from 9:30am the next working day.
