How do I make a return?Updated a month ago

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. 

Returning as you have changed your mind or there is no issue with the product(s):

Please ensure that the order is packed back up securely to avoid any damage in transit as we are unable to refund or credit anything which arrives back to us damaged. Products must be returned in a suitable courier box. We will not refund the full amount if the product is delivered solely in the product box, instead of a courier box. Please also make sure that the parcel contains your order number and the reason for the return. We advise returning any items to us using a trackable service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returning international order(s):

For any orders that need to be returned that have been delivered outside of the UK, please contact [email protected]

If you are returning because there is an issue with your order: 

Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Please provide photos/videos of the issue to help the team accurately handle your return.

Return in store

You can visit our retail store in Hastings and present your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must have the original tags attached.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable items

Outlet items and made-to-order/bespoke items (orders with lead times) are not eligible for return.
