We apologise if you receive a damaged product. Promptly send us images of the damage including the internal and external packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you, often with next-day service. We also offer a free return that you can use to return the damaged item to us. You may book a collection or drop it off at your nearest post office. If you do not have a printer, options are available for the return label to be printed for you. We aim to resolve such issues quickly and to your satisfaction.
